All sales of digital products are final. Because our ebooks and worksheets are delivered instantly in downloadable format, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your order.
The Spencer Method (thejamesspencer.org) sells digital products including PDF ebooks and financial tracking worksheets. These products are delivered electronically the moment your payment is confirmed. Due to the nature of digital goods — which cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded — all purchases are considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product with instant delivery and that standard refund rights for physical goods do not apply.

We aim to review all refund requests within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All payments are handled through Dodo Payments. Approved refunds are initiated on our end and returned to the original payment method used during checkout. The exact timeline for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and is outside our control.
Chargeback Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly is considered a violation of these terms. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team may result in permanent suspension of your access to all Spencer Method products and services.
